The Secrets of Joeschooling

Fulwiler Joeschooling

One of the most common questions I get is how we homeschool when I have a two-hour daily radio show, I write books and travel for speaking, and my husband is a lawyer. I sat down for a long chat with my husband, Joe, and got him to lay out his method of homeschooling that I affectionately call “Joeschooling.”

This method takes little parent time and could be done by two working parents or a single mother. The purpose of this interview is NOT to convince anyone to homeschool or to do it our way if you do. We don’t think there is one-size-fits-all answer for educating your kids. We don’t think that our method is perfect. I just wanted to share a glimpse into our Joeschooling system for anyone who’s curious.

The audio is below. If you’d like to read my humorous memoir about our crazy family life, check out One Beautiful Dream!
